The flute works very well, and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely come back to purchase other instruments in the future as well.

Its a beauty! This b flat tenor saxophone just arrived. This is it, a half hour out of the box. It sounds just wonderful. Too bad I don't. But its been 48 years since I played. However, I'm committed to get better. Hope I can learn to live up to Jean Paul's excellent reputation.
For the price this alto sax is excellent for a student. My kid played his 3 years then loaned it to another...less gentle...student for a year. Finally after 4 years it needed adjustment. My local shop did not want to work on the Jean Paul brand but Jean Paul had my back. I sent it UPS to a JP repair tech, who got it back to like-new playing. Total cost with shipping was $240. Maybe high maybe not but ok for me to get it done right with no more checking with multiple shops that are an hour or more from home.

A gift for granddaughter learning to play for middle school band, she seems to enjoy it and love it. So far so good.

I was looking for a new trumpet that I could actually afford to purchase outright. Personally, I don't particularly care for the idea of buying a used trumpet (or renting one). I'd read some really good things about the Jean Paul TR-430 Intermediate Trumpet, so I decided to take a chance on one. (I decided it'd be preferable to order directly from Jean Paul, instead of placing an order through Amazon.) In any case, I'm glad I did! You simply can't beat the price of this trumpet considering the quality you're receiving. If if you have a child who plays in band (or has expressed a desire to do so) this is the perfect trumpet to purchase for them. Please don't order some cheap "Instrument Shaped Object" from Amazon. Those cheap trumpets will only make your child want to give up on their dream, because the poor quality construction will make them think they don't possess the ability or the talent to play the trumpet, when the problem exists with the instrument, not the student. Please don't hesitate to "pull the trigger" on this trumpet. It's worth every penny!

The alto saxophone arrived in Canada 5 days after ordering it. It looks beautiful and plays very well and easy. It sounds much like the yamaha 62 i used to have. Thanks again Jean Paul,

I recently purchased a Jean Paul Professional Soprano Saxophone 10th Anniversary edition. As with my previous JP purchase, this instrument is sturdy and has a solid feel to it but easy to play. It has a vibrant, deep warm sound that is exactly what I prefer for the smooth jazz genre I enjoy playing. Neither overly bright nor as intense as a requiem for a funeral. The action of the keys is smooth, neither too soft nor needing a lot of force. It came ready to play – open the box, add the reed and mouthpiece and let her rip. The JP mouthpiece that came is a good companion to the instrument and is more than adequate as was the D’Addario supplied reeds. However, everyone has their own preference.
I would recommend Jean Paul instruments to anyone. Especially as an alternative to pricier instruments in which, JP produces the same high quality instrument voice we are searching for but at a price that is more affordable.

I had originally never thought they had robust part support. In this modern age, part support for even more affordable instruments is vital.

We bought this tenor saxophone (silver! Is is so pretty!) about 9 months ago and it sounds beautiful. My daughter is a bit hard on it during marching band and we lost a screw I sent and email with a picture of the area and got a quick response with the part and the ability to get it just paying shipping. Great instrument and great customer service.
My son needed a trumpet for school band and this student trumpet b stock was perfect! Sounds great! And had very little cosmetic tint defects but other than that it’s an awesome choice for students!
