Jean Paul offers a simple, hassle free return policy so you can shop with confidence.

Standard 30 Day Return Policy

If you are not happy with the instrument you purchased on our website, contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. If something slipped by us during quality control, we will do everything we can to make it right.

If you decide to return the instrument, contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back for a full refund minus return shipping costs (typically $10–$30 depending on your location and the instrument).

If you change your mind about the order after we have shipped it and before you receive it, we can request a “return to sender” with the shipping carrier and issue a refund minus the shipping costs incurred to ship your order (typically $10–$30 depending on your location and the instrument).

Holiday Extended Return Policy

For the holiday season, all instruments purchased between November 1 and December 25 qualify for an extended 90 day return window instead of 30 days.

  • The 90 day window is counted from the delivery date.
  • All other return terms (condition, shipping cost deductions, process) remain the same as the standard policy.
  • This extension applies to instruments only. Accessories follow the standard 30 day return policy.

Accessories

Accessories are eligible for returns (minus round trip shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, unopened condition and in the original packaging.

International Returns

If you decide to return your instrument from outside the United States within the applicable return window (30 days, or 90 days for qualifying holiday instrument purchases), you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or import fees.

How to Start a Return

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Instrument model and serial number (for instruments)
  • Whether you are returning from inside or outside the United States
  • A brief reason for the return

Once we receive your request, our team will provide next steps and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
