Warranty Registration

If you purchased from our website, you're all set! We have your info. If you purchased from a marketplace, please send us an email to hello@jeanpaul.com with the following information:

  1. PDF attachment of your order details,
  2. Model and serial number (see below on how to find it), and
  3. Your full name.

Where can I find the serial number?

Saxophones: Etched into the instrument, just under the right-hand thumbrest.
Clarinets: Etched into the instrument, very close to one of the joints. It's a little tricky to see!
Flutes: Etched into the tenon receiver on the body.
Trumpets & Flugelhorns: Etched into the leadpipe. Disregard the etching on the valve.
Trombones: Etched into the slide receiver.
