I recently had my alto saxophone serviced, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They did a fantastic job—the instrument plays like new. The pricing was fair and whatever they told us,What really stood out was their excellent communication and responsiveness throughout the process. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend their services to any saxophonist looking for quality, care, and professionalism!
I never played before, yet I managed to produce some decent sounds pretty quick since it appears to be good quality from reed to sax. Also, the included online courses were very helpful so far. I like receiving the quality inspection video showing me how from a competent player’s point of view it does play well.
B stock trumpet function looks fins as the new one, but the trumpet bag looks old and the leather is pealed off. It seems that the bag is not covered under warranty so I need to buy a new one which is not as I expected. So disappointing.
both of our daughters play brass instruments and have done throughout school, we don’t think you can beat Jean Paul’s quality or value for money. Well made and beautiful sounding they’re excellent and if you need any spares or assistance their customer service is exemplary. I can do no more….
I have experience with saxophone a d little bit with flute, the 430 from jean paul is a easily playing ute, i recommend 100

20+ years later, I decided it was time to expand my musical pallette by learning how to play an instrument. I chose 2 of my favorite instruments to listen to: Bass Guitar & Tenor Saxophone.
Was looking for something that was Beginner Friendly and in my price range. The TS-400 fit that description perfectly.

I am a section player. I wanted an instrument that had an even scale, octaves in tune with each other and well made. This does the job most cost effectively.
We received our Jean Paul tenor saxophone about 20 days ago, and we’ve been very happy with it so far. Very much an upgrade. Strap design distributes weight of sax better than traditional basic straps. Adjustments move easily up/down and actually stays in place. Thank you!
This is my third sax from Jean Paul and they never disappoint. Great intonation and totally set up to play right out of the box. Also very important to mention is their fantastic customer service, always there to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend them for students as a first sax or for advanced players looking for a solid backup. Jean Paul keep up the great work!!!
I had an issue with the original key roller. Felipe at Jean Paul was my service advisor and was outstanding. He quickly sent a replacement and got me on my way. I am truly impressed with the company and their dedication to customer support.
I recently posted a review noting the handles on the case were defective. After contacting the company, they promptly sent out an UPGRADED model than the one that comes standard with the trumpet and a return tag for me to return the defective case. Excellent customer service and I’m very satisfied with the entire purchase.
