Our first trumpet we got had a sound issue when my son played it - after emailing the company , they went above and beyond by getting us a new trumpet to try and this trumpet is great - with no issues ! Thanks to them for really providing excellent customer service ! Highly recommended!

When I bought this trumpet it couldn't make a sound and the design was very crappy and cheap. The sound reminds me of a dog taking a dump. I don't know how anyone would buy this cheap piece of crap, let alone give it a good review. Whoever made this should just give up. Don't buy.
I received the 430S in great shape. It is a beautiful trumpet and I bought it to get back into playing again. I played in High school and college and kept it up for a while later but it has been 20 years since I played. So far it has been great. The second valve seems to stick once in a while but not all of the time. I have put oil on it and made sure it was clean but once in a while still have trouble. I also have an issue with getting rid of water from the horn. When I use the spit valve it gets some of it but when using the second and third valves it still gets a guggling sound. The only way to get rid of it is to pull out the slides of each valve and empty them that way.
I love the sound and I enjoy playing. I have been well pleased and would rate it high especially for the price. I did get a different mouthpiece as the 7C was not working well for me. I hope this will help others as they consider buying this trumpet. It looks great and sounds great I just need to get my lip in shape again!
After lots of research we finally decided on this for our son’s first year of 6th grade band. My husband who played trumpet etc in high school as also been using it to help our son and so far he’s been very impressed for a beginner trumpet.
