Where is it made?
We manufacture all of our instruments in China. Wind instruments made in China have gotten a bad rap. The reality is there are great instruments (like ours) coming out of China now.
Our instruments are solid, play in tune, and are fully serviceable.
Over the last decade, we've seen first hand (and have been a part of) the progress in manufacturing wind instruments in China. There's a reason that people love their Jean Paul instruments, and it's because we deliver more value than anyone else.
My silver TS-660 arrived on schedule in under a week, and I was playing it as soon as I opened the sturdy packaging. Jean-Paul even sent a video of it being tested in advance, so my anticipation was high. The quality of the instrument far exceeds its cost IMHO, and I am amazed by the sound (admittedly using my own mouthpiece, ligature and reed), ergonomics, and appearance. Could not be more happy!
I gave this Saxophone as a gift for my son, he really loves it! He says the sound is awesome!
This is a beautiful instrument with solid construction. It will certainly take a “beginner student” through to the intermediate level with no problems.Sounds coming from its bell are just gorgeous
Me ha encantado. Estoy aprendiendo a tocar el saxofón y ha sido un gran gusto el instrumento.
Un gran detalle el vídeo que me mandaron del instrumento siendo checado.
Un agradecimiento a todos en Jean Paul
What at amazing sax and service, truly something I have never experienced before in any instrument company
This was a gift for my daughter. She's been playing trombone for a while, and is quite talented. This replaces the loaner she had at school. She absolutely loves it. Her instructors say that it's a wonderful instrument, well suited to her abilities.
The order was processed quickly, and shipped with expediency. No complaints.
Sound quality and appearance are amazing!
Both my Alto and Tenor came in within days of ordering. Both Saxophones were in great working condition and the sound is unmatched for student Saxophones!
My 10 year-old is enjoying her trumpet. She says it is easier to play than the King she was borrowing from a friend.
I had my Yamaha Alto stolen and needed a quick inexpensive replacement! I came across an a review by Better Sax for a great inexpensive beginner horn. Found it on Amazon and it was delivered with in a couple of days. Used for several gigs, wasn’t even worry about replacing my horn because it did its job. I am retired and now play for my own enjoyment and perform with friends and at open mics so I’m not looking to spend a lot of money so I definitely will be trying out the AS 860.
Customer service is better than any other company I've ever dealt with.
Just received my flute order 17446 & found the cleaning cloth missing? Though the site suggests intermediate flute package includes cleaning cloth? Pls remedy the situation. Thanks.
it's my first tenor sax and has been so good so far.
Easy to get the high notes.
I love the sound.
Than you Jean Paul
The silver edition is beautiful, I cant believe I jumped right into your professional model, as a pure beginner with no experience, well..maybe just a bit, 50 years ago I tried an alto. I love the sound of horn, even with all my squeeks.
What an excellent way of providing a video of my own horn and how it should sound. Lets see how my self training goes.
