It arrived at the correct location right on time and was in great condition. Thank you

I purchased this clarinet for my son, and we are very happy with it. It arrived on time, in good condition, and everything works as expected. My son has already started playing it and is enjoying the instrument. It has been a great choice for a beginner, and we are very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a student clarinet.

I bought a factory refurbished instrument in 2022, for my granddaughter, as she was going to use it for her High School marching band. I wasn't familiar with the brand but found a great review form "Better Sax" on YouTube and took a chance on it. She is now using it for her College Marching Band and is very satisfied with its performance. On two occasions, I have emailed Jean Paul Customer Service reps for a replacement part. They have always acknowledged my request, found the needed part, and got it to me quickly. We are verry happy with our purchase!
