The SUPER JET Tenor applies JodyJazz's high-baffle, large-bore design to the tenor saxophone. Virgin brass with a silver-plated finish and a high baffle add a bright, projecting edge that gives the sound a clear, present quality at high volume. On the tenor, where players already have natural depth and weight in the low register, the SUPER JET builds on that foundation with fast response, precise articulation, and a strong fundamental that does not disappear when the music gets loud.

Who It's For

The SUPER JET Tenor is for professional and advanced players who want a projecting, defined tenor sound. The kind of mouthpiece that lets the tenor set the feel of a room without amplification. At home on large stages, in high-volume bands, and anywhere the tenor needs to carry clearly over drums, keys, and amplified instruments.

Available in 7 and 8* tip openings for players who work in the medium-large to large opening range. This is not a mellow mouthpiece. Players who want a warm, recessive tenor sound will be better served by the HR*. The SUPER JET is built for players who want to be heard.
