- Replace the instrument altogether.
What’s Not Covered
Your warranty does not cover the following:
- Accessories, cleaning supplies, or mouthpieces.

- Cosmetic defects on refurbished instruments.
Defects and/or damage caused by the following are also excluded:
- Lack of proper maintenance or repair.

International Warranty Claims
International customers follow the same first step in filing a claim. Once we confirm that your instrument requires warranty servicing, we will:
- Approve a local repair shop that works for you.
- Coordinate directly with the repair shop.
- Pay the shop directly once the work is complete.
How to Make a Claim
Submit your claim on our Contact Us page, or email us at hello@jeanpaul.com.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Phone number

Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll determine whether repair, replacement, or refund applies. Refunds, when issued, are calculated on a pro-rata basis considering wear and normal depreciation.
