Where is it made?
We manufacture all of our instruments in China. Wind instruments made in China have gotten a bad rap. The reality is there are great instruments (like ours) coming out of China now.
Our instruments are solid, play in tune, and are fully serviceable.
Need parts? We've got 'em. Need servicing? We've got you too.
Over the last decade, we've seen first hand (and have been a part of) the progress in manufacturing wind instruments in China. There's a reason that people love their Jean Paul instruments, and it's because we deliver more value than anyone else.
Let customers speak for us
from 1399 reviewsReceived my order on time every thing was in place the sax was just what I had expected I am very very pleased with the Jean Paul TS 660 everything except the strap was I guess it for a kid but overall I will highly recommend a Jesn Paul Sax to anyone keep up the good work
Came just as described and pictured! Love it!
I picked up the saxophone again after 50 years coming out of HS and couldn’t be happier with this horn that I purchased from Jean Paul. Thank you.
I was reluctant to buy without being able to play a John Paul, but Daniel convinced me to take the 30 day trial! The AS-860 is a perfect choice for me! It exceeds my expectations! I am a semi-pro but didn’t want to spend $3 - $4,000 so I thought I’d take a chance after checking out all the positive reviews! Thanks for answering my questions and thanks for providing an Awesome horn at a reasonable price!! God Bless you and your business!
Our first trumpet we got had a sound issue when my son played it - after emailing the company , they went above and beyond by getting us a new trumpet to try and this trumpet is great - with no issues ! Thanks to them for really providing excellent customer service ! Highly recommended!
My granddaughter loves her new clarinet. She is just beginning to play, and was using an old clarinet borrowed from a friend. There is a definite difference between the old clarinet and the Jean Paul model, as the instructor heard her play at the latest lesson, and noticed that her instrument sounded very different, and much better! Thank you for selling a good product at a reasonable price.
Truthful I opened the case beautiful horn not done with harvest yet after everything winds down I will play with it thank you for the horn
This saxophone was bought for my daughters birthday and can honestly say this is hands down the best present she has ever recieved! The customer service was first class and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process which was from America to the UK. I even recieved a video of the instrument being played before the dispatch! It took just one week to arrive which in my opinion is much quicker than items I've ordered here in the uk! My daughter who has complex needs managed to play this instrument straight out of the box and hasn't put it down since. Thank you so much for the beautiful saxophone and wonderful service. My daughter is already eyeing up the trumpets...
I received my SS-860 soprano sax last Saturday and I am really enjoying it! It's the first time I've played soprano sax so I'm concentrating on long tones and scales right now.
I am surprised at my progress so far. I'm usually to get decent tone and intonation with the SS-860 already. I just took up alto sax again a couple of weeks ago after 40 years of not playing, so I'm rusty in general on saxophone, but the SS-860 is a real pleasure to play.
I am currently using a JodyJazz HR* Custom Dark #5 mouthpiece with a Rovlar ligature and generally D'Addario Jazz Select #2 reeds. I go over my reeds with a reed tool and this really makes a difference in tone, intonation, and playability.
I may take up tenor sax at some point. If so, I'll get a Jean Paul tenor sax.
Keep up the good work!
It was more than I expected. There’s no difference between this trumpet and the Yamaha Trumpet. I really recommend you won’t regret it.
First, it is a beautiful horn! It was easy to hit notes across the board but the Yamaha 62, much more expensive better fit my ergonomics. I am struggling more with the Yamaha tone wise. It would have been great to match them up in a brick and morter store. There were a few minor issues (screw) and something else but all taken care of. Ultimately ended up with the Yamaha as my purchases had to be sequential.
Need using this tenor for 2 years and she’s treated me well and has a beautiful sound that you can’t beat for the price. Quality is very high as we’ll consider the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new sax or upgrade from a used horn!
Great product and works very well
It’s perfect!
Came quickly. Hurricanes impeded its progress, but it’s still made it in a timely manner.
