Thank You!!

After having it for a week I was finally able to gift it to my son for his birthday and he was so happy. He's had a student one for 3 years and it was time to have to take the next step. This week he has a recital and can't wait to hear him play. Already during his practice I can tell the difference. Thank you to everyone at Jean Paul!

Ordered and received the AS-860 anniversary edition alto saxophone with white pearl keys and love it. The horn is beautiful and plays great. I also have the Jean Paul TS-860 tenor saxophone with white pearl and it’s great also. They match each other well and are great horns. I want to thank everyone at Jean Paul for great customer service and allowing me to special order the AS-860 alto anniversary edition with white pearl keys instead of the black pearls to match my Tenor.

I played alto sax and clarinet for 10 years until the age of 19. Now at the age of (almost) 46, I decided to take up the sax again. I ordered a student sax that is absolutely gorgeous via their Amazon store. It has really nice tone to it. My only issue was the octave key was a bit too high/far off from the body that it made smooth transitioning from low to high notes difficult. I contacted the company directly. My issue was quickly rectified. The customer service is top notch. I will definitely be purchasing my next sax from Jean-Paul and recommending them to anybody looking for a wind instrument.

I’ve been flying more with my alto this year, and EVERY time I fly I find myself with a backpack plus hauling my old sax case over my shoulder. My body starts feeling it from the moment I enter the airport. A case on wheels is just what I needed to take a load off. I haven’t used it as a backpack yet but I like that it’s an option.

Recently my son had a problem with his student saxophone. I went to a local music and arts that had nothing but negative things to say about the instrument and wanted to overcharge to repair it. So I reached out to Jean Paul anticipating they would tell me it could not be fixed. But much to my surprise they helped me get it shipped to them and repaired it. And returned it quickly! The customer service was excellent! The saxophone looks and sounds great! Thank you Jean Paul! Our family is so grateful!

Now I’m 72 and starting again I bought the AS 400 and was so very pleased with its tone and action that 4 weeks later I bought the TS-400S and was equally pleased with tis instrument
I’m now releasing both simultaneously although my GF wants to have me committed
Had a separate question not related to the instruments and spoke with Enrique at JP
