If you simply change your mind on the purchase (within 30 days of the delivery date), you can ship it back to us and we'll refund your purchase minus a small restocking fee. Obviously, we need the instrument in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us.

Neck swab got stuck

I used the neck swab the correct way but it still got caught and I needed to use a vice to get it out! The other swab worked wonderfully and the pad cleaner seems to work well.

Quality Set of Saxophone Cleaning Tools

This is a high-quality set of necessary cleaning tools to help keep your saxophone clean and provide longevity to pad life, when used after each playing session. The BG brand is used by many of the professional online sax teachers that I regularly view.. I do have a concern about the design of the push/pull cord on the neck swab, which has a "joint" midway along the cord. This seems to make it more difficult to push through the neck, and could be a possible point of failure over time.
