If you simply change your mind on the purchase (within 30 days of the delivery date), you can ship it back to us and we'll refund your purchase minus a small restocking fee. Obviously, we need the instrument in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us.

T400 plays very well

I think this is a sound investment (excuse the pun). This sax plays surprisingly well with a nice broad sound and the keys are quite responsive. Plays better than one might expect from a "Student" horn. It is competitive with some other brand intermediate horns. I expect many years of service from it.. I would recommend it not only for a student but for an advanced player as well.Additionally I am impressed with the quick response to a question I posed to the company. They seem to be eager to satisfy their customers.

Love My Jean Paul Saxophone

I decided to start playing the tenor saxophone again after almost forty years. After a great deal of research I went with Jean Paul. I love my new saxophone. Stunned!

I bought this for my son who is a middle school student. I played years ago in college. I was stunned at the quality of this tenor. 20 years ago you had about 8-10 Saxophone brands with about 5 being of any decent quality. I'd put this Tenor up against any of those. Including the Selmer Series 2 Super Action 80 that I played. The mouthpiece is OK. My only issue is the neck strap. When you get your sax, throw the neck strap away. Beautiful Horn with very good sound. I plan on buying another very soon for myself.
