We received our Jean Paul tenor saxophone about 20 days ago, and we’ve been very happy with it so far. My daughter has taken it to school three times already, and her music teacher immediately noticed the difference—it sounds much better than her old saxophone. The tone is rich and clear, and it plays smoothly right out of the case.
As a parent, I really appreciate the quality and value. It came well-packaged, looks beautiful, and feels solid and well-built. It’s been a great upgrade and has already made a positive impact on my daughter’s playing and confidence.

Very much an upgrade. Strap design distributes weight of sax better than traditional basic straps. Adjustments move easily up/down and actually stays in place. Thank you!

This is my third sax from Jean Paul and they never disappoint. Great intonation and totally set up to play right out of the box. Also very important to mention is their fantastic customer service, always there to answer any questions or concerns. My name is Gerry Barrow and I live in Trinidad. I recently purchased a Jean Paul tenor saxophone. I am an amateur musician and have been teaching myself on a Selmer alto for the past year. I decided it was time to move down to an alto, but, being on pension, couldn't afford any of the professional big name models. I took a chance on the Jean Paul due to its modest cost, excellent reviews and my satisfaction with my Jean Paul trumpet which sounds as good as my Bach. I was blown away with the beauty of the instrument.
It was loud and harsh with the supplied mouthpiece and reed, but the sound mellowed with a Yamaha 4C mouth piece and a Legende synthetic reed. I had no problem with the low notes, which was a concern. I am enjoying playing it so much I hardly use my alto. Take 5 sounds like the original. I would sleep with it but my wife doesn't tolerate my dog or sax on the bed. Thank you so much for the personal attention you give to your products. I see no reason why it won't last a lifetime.

I had an issue with the original key roller. Felipe at Jean Paul was my service advisor and was outstanding. He quickly sent a replacement and got me on my way. I am truly impressed with the company and their dedication to customer support.

I recently posted a review noting the handles on the case were defective. After contacting the company, they promptly sent out an UPGRADED model than the one that comes standard with the trumpet and a return tag for me to return the defective case. Excellent customer service and I’m very satisfied with the entire purchase.
