I had an issue with the original key roller. Felipe at Jean Paul was my service advisor and was outstanding. He quickly sent a replacement and got me on my way. I am truly impressed with the company and their dedication to customer support.

I recently posted a review noting the handles on the case were defective. After contacting the company, they promptly sent out an UPGRADED model than the one that comes standard with the trumpet and a return tag for me to return the defective case.
